The Promotions Desk: Every Offer Type, and Its Price in Turnover
A promotion is not free money and it is not a scam either. It is a trade: the operator adds funds to a balance, and in exchange the balance becomes temporarily unwithdrawable until a volume of stakes has passed through it. Everything on this desk exists to make that trade legible before it is accepted, from a Bulgarian reader’s point of view — in lev, against the deadlines actually printed in the terms, and without percentages this site cannot verify.
One editorial rule applies across every page below. alphawin.biz does not publish bonus percentages, because they change with the current promotion and the only accurate figure is the one displayed in the cashier at the moment of the deposit. What this desk publishes instead is the structure: which conditions exist, which of them bite hardest, and how to convert a headline into hours of play.
The seven shapes an offer can take
| Type | What it adds | Where the catch usually sits |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome offer | A match on the first deposit | The turnover multiple and its deadline |
| No-deposit offer | A small credit before any payment | A hard cap on what can be withdrawn |
| Free spins | Spins on named slots | Spin value and eligible-title list |
| Cashback | Part of net losses returned | Whether it returns as cash or as bonus |
| Reload offer | A match on a later deposit | Short windows and minimum amounts |
| Referral reward | A credit for an invited player | The friend’s own qualifying activity |
| Loyalty tiers | Better limits and service | Sustained volume, not a one-off deposit |
An eighth item is not a bonus at all but a doorway to one: the promo code, a string typed at the cashier that unlocks a specific version of an offer. Codes fail more often than they work, and the page explains the four reasons why.
The arithmetic that decides everything
There is one calculation worth doing before any box is ticked, and it takes less time than reading the terms. Multiply the bonus amount by the turnover requirement to get the total volume of stakes needed. Divide that by the amount an account realistically stakes in a month. Compare the result with the deadline printed in the offer. If the answer is longer than the deadline, the offer converts into a deadline that will not be met, and the sensible move is to decline it and keep the balance free.
A worked example in lev makes it concrete. A 100 лв. bonus with a thirty-times requirement means 3000 лв. of stakes. An account that stakes 2 лв. a spin and plays two hundred spins a week is putting through roughly 1600 лв. a month, so the requirement needs about seven weeks. If the terms allow thirty days, the offer is arithmetically unfinishable for that player, however attractive the percentage looked. The full method, including how game weightings distort the figure, is on wagering requirements.
Clauses that void balances quietly
Turnover is the visible condition. The invisible ones are the maximum stake permitted while a bonus is active, the list of excluded games, the rule against having a second account, and the requirement that the payment instrument belongs to the account holder. Breaking any of them does not produce a warning — it produces a voided bonus and, in the harsher versions, a voided balance built from it. Each clause is set out line by line under bonus terms.
A related Bulgarian detail: since the country joined the euro area in 2026, a cashier may express both the offer and the maximum stake in euro at the fixed rate of 1.95583 лв. to the euro. A maximum stake that reads as a comfortable number in one currency is a different number in the other, and a stake placed above it is the single most common accidental breach.
What a promotion cannot change
No offer alters the payout mechanics described on the withdrawal page: the request is still processed within about 24 hours, the method still adds its own time, and identity checks still take roughly 24 to 72 hours if they were postponed. No offer alters the tax position either — with an organiser licensed in Bulgaria the player does not declare the winnings as taxable income, and the National Revenue Agency is the place to confirm a specific case. And no offer changes the register: whether the operator is licensed at all is settled by the NRA entry, not by the size of a welcome package.
