Privacy Notice for alphawin.biz
This notice covers one thing only: the website you are reading. alphawin.biz is an independent information portal about the Alphawin platform. It is not the operator and is not affiliated with it. There is no registration form here, no cashier, no balance and no account — which removes whole categories of personal data before the question of protecting them even arises. Everything the operator collects when someone opens an account with it is governed by the operator's own notice, not by this one.
Processing is carried out under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. Readers in Bulgaria therefore hold the full set of rights described further down, and they hold them against this site for the narrow slice of data described here.
What is actually recorded
Three things, and no more. First, standard server and analytics signals: an IP address truncated or processed by the analytics provider, the page requested, the referring page, approximate region, device type and browser. These exist to answer questions like "did the payments section get read at all" — not to identify a person. Second, cookies and equivalent local storage used by that analytics layer. Third, the parameters attached to outbound links to the operator, which tell the partner programme that a visit arrived from this domain.
What is not recorded: names, addresses, identity documents, dates of birth, card or bank details, gambling history, balances or anything a cashier would hold. None of this ever reaches this site, because there is nowhere here to enter it.
Why it is recorded
The legal basis for the analytics layer is legitimate interest in understanding whether the published material is read and where it fails, together with consent where the applicable rules require it for non-essential cookies. The legal basis for the affiliate parameters is also legitimate interest: the commercial relationship that funds the site is described openly on the affiliate disclosure page, and it works on aggregate referral counts rather than on identifying individual readers.
Who else sees it
The analytics provider processes the signals described above on this site's behalf. The hosting and content-delivery provider necessarily handles request data in order to serve pages. The partner programme receives the fact that a click arrived from this domain. No personal data is sold, and no reader profile is built for advertising purposes on this site. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers publish.
How long anything is kept
Aggregate analytics are retained for the retention window configured with the provider and are useful only in aggregate after a few months. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider's schedule. Cookies expire according to the lifetimes set by the analytics layer, and clearing them in the browser removes them immediately. There is no archive of readers on this side, because there is no reader database to archive.
Rights of readers in Bulgaria
- Access — confirmation of whether anything relating to you is processed, and a copy of it.
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — deletion, subject to the narrow legal exceptions in the Regulation.
- Restriction and objection — including objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability — receipt of data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Complaint to the Bulgarian supervisory authority for personal data protection.
Requests are addressed through the contact route published on the support page. Because this site holds no account data, most requests are answered by explaining which of the three categories above could possibly apply and confirming their removal.
Practical controls a reader already has
Browser settings block or clear cookies. Analytics opt-out extensions block the measurement layer entirely. Private browsing prevents storage from persisting between sessions. None of these break the site: every page here is plain text, tables and links, and all of it renders without any measurement running.
Changes to this notice
When processing changes, this page changes with it, and the current version is always the one published here. Material changes are described in the text rather than hidden behind a version number.
